Charlene Marchuk – Hygienist
Charlene Marchuk has been a dedicated dental hygienist since 2014, providing patient care with a strong commitment to supporting long-term oral health. She is passionate about preventative education, empowering patients to understand and maintain their oral health between visits.
Charlene is known for creating a comfortable, efficient, and thorough cleaning experience. Her attention to detail and genuine care help build trust and long-term relationships with her patients. Passionate about what she does, Charlene strives to ensure every patient leaves the clinic feeling confident, informed, and with a healthier smile.
Outside the office she enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time outdoors with her husband and children.
Alexa Forsyth – Hygienist
Alexa has been practicing dental hygiene since 2006 and is passionate about creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient. She believes that great dental care is about more than clean teeth—it’s about building trust, easing anxiety, and helping patients feel confident in their oral health.
With a gentle approach and a genuine interest in people, Alexa takes pride in tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs, making each visit feel relaxed and supportive.
Outside of the office, Alexa is a proud mom of two boys who keep life busy and full of energy. She enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, traveling, and cherishing time with family and friends.
Noa Jessen – Dental Assistant
Noa is a compassionate dental assistant dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable and at ease. She takes pride in creating a positive, supportive experience and is highly attentive to each patient’s needs.
Outside of work, Noa is active and creative, with a passion for sports, horseback riding, music, and drawing. She enjoys spending time outdoors and being surrounded by nature.
Joca Martinez – Dental Assistant
Joca is a dedicated dental assistant with over 18 years of experience. She trained at Georgetown College in Toronto and is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
She works full-time at Dental Works and part-time in an oral surgery office, continuing to expand her expertise.
Outside the office, Joca enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, road trips, sports, and dancing to Latin music.
Melodie Van Duys – Receptionist
Melodie brings a bright smile and a welcoming personality to the front desk. Her positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and genuine care for patients contribute to a supportive and reassuring experience for every patient.
She loves connecting with people and helping each patient feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s exploring nature, going for walks, or soaking up fresh air. Her kindness, enthusiasm, and dedication make her an important part of the team.
Andrea Carpenter – Financial Receptionist
Andrea was born and raised in Lethbridge and has been a valued part of the Dental Works team for over seven years. She is dedicated to providing exceptional service while ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported.
She has a strong ability to simplify complex insurance and financial matters, helping patients clearly understand their coverage and options.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys camping, hunting, fishing, hiking, staying active, and cooking new recipes for her family.
Kara Goth – Office Manager
Kara plays an important role in keeping the front office organized and running smoothly. With a friendly, calm, and approachable manner, she ensures every patient feels valued and cared for.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, as well as hiking, camping, and being outdoors.
